This June, we are creating something truly special.

A small and intimate 5-day retreat for women in the peaceful Welsh countryside near the Brecon Beacons. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful moments in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.

Think yoga, meditation, spiritual workshops, healing treatments, nourishing food, laughter and deep rest.

There are only 7 places available, so it will be a very personal and supportive experience.

This morning I put Lottie out in the field and she was pure joy.

The sun was shining, the air felt softer, and she just took off. Galloping with her tail high, mane flying, completely in her element. No hesitation. No holding back. Just freedom.

Watching her run like that felt symbolic. As if she was welcoming the Year of the Horse in her own way, stepping fully into her strength, her spirit, her power. There was something so beautiful about seeing her in the distance, choosing movement, choosing life, choosing joy.

Horses remind us of freedom. Of instinct. Of trusting our own rhythm. Lottie wasn’t thinking about yesterday or tomorrow. She was simply embracing the sunshine and the space around her.

Maybe that is the invitation for us too.

To lift our heads.
To feel the warmth.
To gallop towards what makes us feel alive.
